In part one, Fred shares the reasons why he joined Team Select, why his leadership style has been inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, and the impact his company has on medically fragile children.

Fred has lived and worked expansively in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Italy. The majority of his career has included global responsibility with broad travel and medium-term assignments across five continents, with particular focus on the Middle East and Asia.
Six years ago, after feeling the need for a larger purpose and passion in his career, Fred forged a secondary path into healthcare. His most important focus is leading the charge to reinvent the healthcare model for medically fragile children and their families, providing them access to the care they deserve. He serves as a national advocate and voice for this unforgotten population as the catalyst for continued innovation in the home health space.
